With the new release of cPanel 11.40, we are now able to fully support IPv6. No more manual setting up of any services to have it work, it just works. As of Dec 14, we've been running fully IPv6 compliant for around 2 weeks on the new system. You can see the results from an outside testing site at IP6.nl.
